1) court takes no position on whether ID is true or not.
2) ID is not science
3) IDfails on 3 different levels, any one of which is enough to determine that ID is not science.
(i) ID violates centuries-old ground rules of science by invoking supernatural causation.
(ii) the argument of irreducible complexity employs the same flawed and illogical dualism that doomed creation science in the 1980's
(iii) ID's negative attacks on evo have been successfully refuted the scientific community
4) Also impt to note that ID has not generated any peer-reviewed publications, not has it been the subject of research or testing.
5) We have concluded that IDis not a science, and moreover, it cannot uncouple itself from its creationist, and therefore, religious antecedents.
